Does the rear aero flares really look much different?

I was looking at some comparison pics of the 8 with and without rear aero flares and quite honestly, I can't tell much of a difference.

If I put on the front air dam and side aero flares, but NOT the rear, will it look really unbalanced?

Please give opinions, suggestions, and observations (from those with the appearance package installed).

Thanks

Yeah, I was thinking along the same lines, the rear flares just look bad imo (too expensive besides). I might get the rear mud guards instead, which are much more noticeable, along with the front mudguards and the rest of the appearance package...or maybe the autoexe rear, ms sides, and ap front...

front air dam, front mg's, side af's, and rear mg's

I appreciate the help. I am trying to decide on the rear section of my 8.

I have the full ap kit

I think it would be unbalanced without the rear

I have the appearance pkg and front mgs and love it, but would like to see the above quoted config.

The darker your car the less the appearance package sticks out. For example, if I were to get a black car I would do without the AP package all together. Under suspect lighting conditions you don't even notice the appearance package on darker colored cars. So, if you wanted to go without the rear aero flares, I don't it will make too much visual impact on a dark car.
