The screws are all tightened up good.... its not the joints that are moving.... its the middle of the top piece.... even when i close the trunk the top piece kinda wobbles.......... kinda like if you have both ends of a ruler held and you kinda kind pull down and sling the middle of the ruler...

Did you get the REAL mazdaspeed spoiler, or some kind of imitation version that costs less. Thats why the mazdaspeed spoiler is so expensive because of the material and stuff like that, that it is made from.

I've had two MS Spoilers. Both are original, not replicas, and both were ordered and installed by the dealership.
The top portion of the MS Spoiler will wobble when you shut your trunk lid.
The top portion of the MS Spoiler will wobble when you hit bumps.
Anyone who claims theirs doesn't, is lying or doesn't know what wobble means.

For illustrative purposes, I am attaching a picture of the MS Spoiler with the location that wobbles (up and down) marked with a yellow star.
I doubt the spoiler is in any danger of breaking off, but it does wobble due to the fact the center of the top spoiler isn't bolted to anything.

Jason... I really don't know what you mean. Coz I never seen it...
I don't shut the boot but just let it drop.
Please make a video and explain.. I can 't really see it.
Why do you have two wing btw? if you don't mind me asking...

nope havent tried a different setting.....
i think i'll just stay at the 2nd setting becase i think anything beyond that is a little too extreme for the stock rear bumper :p

In terms of look, I will go for the lowest setting... but for downforce I will go for the pin at the highest mark. This is NOT the highest setting, as if you use the one IN FRONT of it, the top wing will tilt in an even funnier angle
