PIAA Fog Lights Good Match for OEM Xenon Lights?
Read through every search result for fog lights but it looks like they were mainly for aftermarket fog light being installed. I'm guessing the original fog lights on the 8 are H11. But my main question is who has replaced just the bulb to get a better match with the Xenon lights. Anyone have pictures? Do you think the PIAA H11 Extreme White Plus will match the stock Xenon lights well?

None of those bulbs will give you a "match." The real match would be to put HID's the fogs like Rasp there. I've tried alot of bulbs dude, but the closest they seem to match is from far away. I'm going with some yellow fogs, they're coming in on Monday. I'll post some pics then too.

You sure? I bought the PIAA's super white for the eggs shaped lights near the Xenon and they match very close. I'm thinking if its the same color as the egg shaped ones it will look pretty close.

Not hard, but you don't NEED to take it off to replace the fog bulbs. Just go in from the bottom (unscrew the 3 clips on the bottom of the car by wheels and the 3 or 4 screws on the bottom inside of the air dam) you will have to do this for both sides. No need to take the entire nose off.
I just replaced with a set off of ebay. Color temp matches real well.
If anyone is interested I found them here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1
Now, I have to find a replacement for the fun to change driving lights (the circular closest to the middle of car next to the headlight) comes on with parking lights. It uses a 194 same as the side marker.
I put a xenon 194 bulb in but still not matched color with HID or Fog H11 replacement.

I have piaa extreme whites.

The hids look blue because I replaced the inner lights with "hyper white leds." They have a slight blue tint. I'm sure the camera flash emphasized the blue a bit, but you can see how the fogs look.

Personally with HID headlights I think the fog lights are almost useless stock or replacement bulb. HID fogs have more output but oncoming traffic may not appreciate them as much. Wow they are bright RotaryRasp. Do you get flashed high beams very often from oncoming traffic?
I went with the inexpensive bulb H11 55Watt (don't go over this wattage unless upgrading wiring to fogs, can cause a melt down) the stock headlight HID's have a color temp of about 6,000K. Main reason I did the replacement was to match the color of the headlights, didn't care about Lumens but they are comparable in output to the stock halogen bulbs. They also give a nice electric blue look to the fog reflectors when off during the day.
For functionality yellow fogs yield the best results from what I have heard. Just not a fan of how they look.

I think my fogs are the same link as Cas2themoe posted. My parking lights are from autolumination.com and my side marker bulbs came with the clear corners, but I think they're available from autolumination.com too.

Do they really look that dark a blue, or only in the pic?
Right now the bulbs in my grand am are supposed to be darker blue, but they look light blue/whiteish...

I have the Xtreme whites in my fog lights and the PIAA wedge bulbs in the corner lenses, driver lights, and interior.
The fog lights look good, but if i were to do it again i would get the Xtreme Force bulbs from PIAA.
