It comes stock on the Mazdaspeed Miata and just about all Mazdas use the same cap... It is a perfect fit... Bought it from Trussville Mazda, they have them in stock...
Trouble is, you only see it if your engine cover is off
Which in your case is no problem, since due to the MS strut brace, you have to keep it off anyway...

I bought one of those too. It's very nice, but it's actually much heavier than the stock plastic cap. Too many heavy accessories will end up robbing 3 hp!
