Mazdaspeed Kit
Hi everyone....
I am new to this site as I have read numourous threads on this site about rx8's.. i have recently bought a 2004 brilliant black GT edition Mazda Rx8 and would love to transform it into a "pride and joy" car... My first thing I would like to do is put a body kit onto it... The Mazdaspeed kit is my choice but I have noticed and read that there are replica's out there that do not work/fit... I have found one on ocmazdaspeed.com but the price is HIGH for the parts.. if anyone had found any "cheaper" ones... I'm open for suggestions..
Thanks!
Tanner

mazdaspeed kit or aero kit? you can still find the authentic aero kit (prepainted) on ebay for most color trims. Authentic mazdaspeed will be a challenge.
I've read numerous nightmares with replicas. I wouldn't even dare unless it was from a well known body kit maker. Searching here will get you the info you need to make an informed decision.

It would be the mazdaspeed kit. I have done some research and "homework" on this kit. On another thread.. someone posted the link of ocmazdaspeed.com but there prices were really high on just the individual pieces of that kit.
Others have had nightmares as well I noticed. I seen that Duraflex makes a kit but it looks like a replica and is really cheap!!

I have an authentic Mazdaspeed front bumper, prepainted VR. The fit and color match is perfect! All Mazdaspeed body kit parts are tough to find now since they stopped manufacturing them. You'll pay a premium now, even for used parts.

I HATE SPEEDBUMPS!
When you get replicas, it will be a challenge to install, but any auto body shops could do it, but it will cost you more than installing authentic ones.
