How to remove front and rear rotor accents?

How does one remove the front and rear rotor accents without damaging the bumpers or the accents?

They are held on with double sided tape so use a heat gun or hairdryer. Just be careful when applying the heat.

I am actually buying the accents off a friend for cheap. For the front accents, I see a screw on the left side of the accent (if you face towards the front of the car). Are there are clips or screws I should be aware of?

The front has a plastic push in clip, as you mentioned, and the rear is just double sided tape.
