Eye Lid Paint

Yo

I have a set of headlight eyelids I need painted winning blue. Can any of you guys help me out with a decent price? I was quoted some astonomical number from two body shops.

What were the quotes? Just buy touch up spray if u don't care about them looking perfect.

if the price is to paint and mount them, expect to pay a couple hundred if they need to prep the eyelids for paint and guarantee a perfect look.

I charged a local fellow $120.00 for his. The paint is expensive. Just the color, WB, was $150.00 for a pint. PPG Deltron. None of those cheap paints.
Add reducer and catalyst to that and your looking at $250+ just for the color.
Plus an adhesion promoter and a flexative and don't forget clear/catalyst/reducer coat on top of that.

Just a side not to this...

The eyelids are something that stand out in a bad way when people do a crappy job. Pay the extra cash and you'll love them forever

I was charged about $125 for it.
