I got mine from Trussville. Matt, if you want to see what they look like, I'm sure you can either check mine or Mikeb's car at the next OC meet.

What are strakes?
Are the other aluminum dealer installed accessories cool or...too much? Like the vent trim, the entry sill or whatever it's called on the body where the bottom of the door opens? Opinions?

Any suggestions? (Also, anyone else?)

I spend the past 30 minutes trying to put that damn thing on. I'm so f'ing pissed right now.

To get the brake pedal on I used a snub nose flat head screw driver and a touch of WD40 (the lub can work for you or against you....just have to be patient). I stretched the corners out a bit and then seated the top of the pedal in first. Then I stretched the right bottom corner over (doing this allowed me pop the screw driver between the rubber lip and the metal plate) I shot a little WD40 inside the bottom lip and slid the screw driver towards me. Popped right on......hope this helps

Thanks for the tip. I was thinking about WD40. I'll give it a shot.

I knowthese posts are very old but Imconsidering buying the pedals now. Do anyof you guys who installed them have a pic ofwhat they look like in your car? Im nottalking about the generic accessory pic theyhave online-- Id liketo see a pic of one of yours from the drivers seat tosee how visible they are from afar. Also how havethey held up over the months? Are they easily stained by dirt?

I've always been curious...with aluminum pedals, do you folks have any problems with your foot slipping? I've always been hesitant about getting aluminum pedals because I'm worried about my foot slipping when my shoes are wet...and it rains a LOT here in Hilo, Hawaii.

And this thread was resurrected 5 times, that's gotta be a record :D . I guess some people do use the search feature.
