MM N/A Base Map!!

Does anyone have a MM Base map they can send me? I bought my AccessPort from MM more than a year ago when I went boost, well now I have had to take the turbo kit off for a couple months due to probles with the kit and need a tune for my A/P. I tryed going to MM archive but the link in my email no longer works. Im planing on getting the MM Greddy turbo upgrade in a couple of months and renewing my tuning contract then but thats a few months down the road.

I'm not looking for a calibrated map just a base map. What did he get banned for LOL. Also does anyone know where I can find the AccsessTuner software for the 8 I had it like 6 months ago before my computer crashed and now I don't see it on Cobb's website?

I would not be legal for others to share that map with you. Contact him at mazdamaniac.com. There are other Mazda forums that you may find him active on.
You can get the tuner software off the Cobb website.

When you uninstall the Cobb it reprograms the ecu with the recorded OEM map
The Cobb web site has undergone an update they have removed all the RX8 stuff.
While it should under the archive section the last time I looked it was not.
I'm on my phone right now I will try and find it, they gave me a link when I bitched on there forums.

If you really need to contact MM, they only way he'll respond is via Google Talk during a tuning session. The schedule is on his site.

Well your welcome for the link to the maps.
And that makes no sense

What makes u think Jeff's base tune is better than cobbs or the OEM.

I think you are full of **** and not telling the truth in your objective here.

Uninstall the Cobb and live with it during your said few months of getting said Turbo system fixed.

If you had actually gone through MM for your turbo tuning you would know how to reach him and wouldn't be here crying the blues for something you don't need.

The only differences between the stock map and the MM base map is increased OMP output and the radiator fans toggle on at a lower temperature.

But yeah, WCS is right. I'm pretty sure OP is full of **** though, MM's base map won't help you tune your vehicle on your own.

there's no guessing, it has more to do with you not getting the point

to the OP, if you are taking the turbo off all you need is an OE map which you can get from Cobb, otherwise you won't need to worry about getting a new tune for maybe 40 months or so ...

Thank you for the links, I managed to find the AccessTUNER software by emailing Cobb and will tune it myself. As far as being full of **** and not telling the truth I am on my 6th or 7th rev. of my turbo map and my account expired in Dec with Mazda Maniacs I know how to get ahold of him I wasnt asking how to do that. I was mearly seeing if some one had a copy of the base map. Without having to " try " and get in contact with Jeff.

why not just swap your rear O2 sensor and uninstall the cobb for the time being.

Yup you're wrong

He sends them via email.
Otherwise Jeff would have to open every box and setup every Cobb AP before they shipped.

Furthermore I'm not actually sure he could do any of that prior to the Cobb being married to the ECU.

Like Cobb doesn't even send the AP out with maps, you need to download them, IIRC.
Well years ago when I bought mine you had too
