Question 04 RX8 cuts out around 3200 rpm

Hello everyone I am new here so please bare with me. I have just purchased a 2004 RX 8 with greddy turbo electronic ECU controller and all the bells and whistles. I took it out to give it some hell and i noticed that when I really put the pedal down it cuts out and pops slash sputters. If I just ease into it there are no issues at all. I am almost afraid that my dream car has turned into a night mare. im not sure if it maybe in the adjustments of the controller or that I just been ripped off for not knowing better. PLEASE HELP ME FIND A STARTING POINT!!!!

It is a Greddy E-01 with a remote and a E manager hard drive.

That's why I avoid buying any aftermarket FI tuned car...cuz' you are not familiar how things are setup in the car...and if any issues they had while tuning it.

I would suggest bring the previous owner with you to a rotary shop to clear things out.
Otherwise you'll never know what's gonna happen next....

lol The Fresh Prince of Bel Air!

Back to the car ---
Yeah bad mistake buying a turbo'd car without knowing how to setup the ECU and doing a compression test.

Where are you located?
You might get lucky and find someone here to help you out in person.

So the car only does this under WOT (Wide Open Throttle)

start with the search button and search either emanage, e-manage, canzoomer, or canboomer

the way I read it he has that crappy Greddy piggyback, but not a turbo kit
