Now remove the gas cap and take the screws out of the filler neck, remove the OEM door.

attach the top screw into the new door. Loosly fit the door into the opening. once you have checked that the door will close and be alligend in the middel of the opening you can tightin the screws

Looks Great, thanks for the step by step. I've been thinking hard about getting one of those for my Titanium.

Thanks Again!

Is there any trick to be careful of, to make sure the door release mechanism still works? Last thing I want to do is end up with a door that won't open...

...Paul

PS> It looks sweet. This, plus strakes, are the two "mods" I want to do, and given the step-by-step I've seen here, I think I actually have the courage to do it myself! (Step one: Buy a screwdriver... Step two: Go back and buy the correct SIZE screwdriver... )

no its really easy.. the release mec does not change at all.. you just take out the two screws the hold the door hing on the car..

It is very easy just make sure you tape over the paint with good painters tape.. the blue or green kind

same thing diffrent angle

again the mec is not moved or touched.. just the door .. there is no reason anyone cant do this install in 20 min's alone.

you need on 8 mm socket. some blue painters tape. good luck
