DIY: fix Fan/Temp **** for $1

This is going to be the shortest DIY ever, but wanted to share anyway.

It's intended for those who had the Fan or Temperature control ***** come loose due to the fragile plastic "stem" on which the **** sits.

I see people paying $60-70 for new *****, so hopefully this helps.

Step 1: Remove ****. This should be easy if it has already fallen off.

Step 2: Find a fuel injector O-ring. I'm sure many different ones will do, mine was off an injector for a Toyota 5EFE/4EFTE engine in a Tercel/Paseo/Starlet.

These usually come as part of a head rebuild kit, but a better idea is to go to a junk yard and pull one injector.

Step 3: If your ****'s stem still has all its pieces, arrange them into their original shape and slip the O-ring over the stem. If you've lost some pieces, this should work just as well.

Apply superglue for extra security and let dry.

End result:
