The racing beat exhaust is nice and adds a better look to the back of the car and a little deeper sound but no exhaust system on this car will give you a large HP gain. The racing beat exhaust is actually a little heavier than the stick exhaust.
I have read people are happy with changing the flywheel. But none of these are going to help with power alot. You would be better off spending your $$ on suspension or keping it in the bank if you are looking for a power increase.

If you're going to do the flywheel, you should think about doing the clutch since you, or the mechanic will already be down there. It will save you a lot of money/time down the road.

Just realize that in changing out the flywheel, you are talking about dropping the tranny. That is a good $500-$600 in labor costs unless you can do it youself. With the exhaust (which I agree will give you little if any performance gains, but sounds & looks awesome) is about 1 hour at a muffler shop (about $50).

RX8 and a Truk....
AND...a flywheel won't help the car go any faster - just accelerate a bit quicker in the lower gears (1-3) - by 3rd gear, any gains won't be measurable.
The exhaust is good - except it's WAY too quiet...but doesn't drone. Looks sharp, too - to me, a larger exhaust (tips) makes the car look more 'serious' - rather than the very crappy-looking OEM parts.

idk what your looking for in a exhaust but i just got the turboxs one which isnt released. The hp gains were pretty good and i like the sound. look at the thread below this one for the discussion about it.
