Tuning Help in NoVA

My RX8 has the following mods;

RB Catback exhaust
RB ReVi intake
CZ Stage 1.1
RP Highflow Cat

I don't believe I am getting the most out of these mods without any tuning modifications. My question is if there is anyone in the area (business or individual) that can help me tune my 8? I am willing to pay for any help but ofcourse would like to keep it reasonable.

The car is definitely much quicker than stock and I want to keep it NA for now. I live in Herndon Va, near Dulles airport and would be willing to travel around the local area for assistance. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

peter ferrells supercars is a pretty well respected rotary shop with a dyno. You could try them. But of course they will charge you $200 an hour for dyno time.

I go to Altered Atmosphere, they're exit 8 off of 270 - Shady Grove Road - about 30 minutes from Falls Church, in the morning, with traffic.

Mike did my turbo kit and tuned my RX-7. Later this week I'm going in to get my custom 3" exhaust put on in addition to a blow off valve, and switch from throttle/rpm dependent tuning to boost dependent tuning with the help of a GReddy pressure sensor.

Tell him Marc sent you. His prices vary - you might wind up paying $300, but know that he's done RX-8s before, and he's the only one in the area I know who actually has, which is why I go to him and pay a little extra.

just so you know how serious a shop this place is . . .

twin-turbo Z, my turbo RX-8, 11 second STEALTH R/T

EVO, another 500 AWHP STEALTH, EVO

Cretinx, I've been borderline with buying that exhaust for about a month now, but I really want to hear it before I buy it. When are you planning to have it installed? I would love to come down and check it out!

Its funny to visit the shop too...on one side of the shop, they have all the Z's and G35's getting turbo kits...then in another section, they have all the engines being pulled from Z's and G35's which has broken rods from the turbo kit installs.

I am wondering if I need to get my ECU changed / tuned.
Also, I'm trying to figure out where I can get my ECU tuned. I'm in Rochester, NY.

Any ideas?

Current mods:

SRMotorsports Ram Air Cold Air Intake
B&B Race Pipe
B&B Catback Exhaust
