thats the part you see in the picture, not the whole exhaust. Possible due to people who have already bought the exhaust pre "super chamber" wanting that, but not willing to fork over the money for a whole new super dolphin.

For those of you who don't understand the cost of these products, japanparts lists it currently at (2180.04 USD) for the entire system.
As misplacedrotors stated it sounds like this is simply the pipe, minus the mufflers. Interesting they say it is a direct OEM replacement though. I may just have to call them up tomorrow

the biggest price difference i was able to find was 300 dollars last year when i was looking at them, but most places that were that much cheaper didn't include shipping, a year ago was quoted 1900(around) with shipping with the club discount on japanparts. I ended up finding it for a couple hundred cheaper from a local guy, but then had to wait an additional month and a half for delivery. they aren't cheap thats for sure.

Certainly not the full system, just the "super chamber" pre-muffler portion.
Thats cool they are able to include shipping costs based on IP, very clever!

No problem on responding to the thread. We try to clarify any questions about parts or prices on different forums whenever our name is brought up.
Anyhow, the listing is for the RE-Amemiya part number of M0-082038-S08 and is simply the Super Chamber. The Dolphin Muffler is not included. Here is the link to the RE-Amemiya site which includes both the Dolphin Tail and the Super Chamber:

At the current exchange rates and the volume shipping weight the muffler would run well over USD2000 shipped.
