The dollar is at an all time low.

Buy American or waste your money.

I heard they do make good headers over there. That might be worth buying.

Better yet wait till someone makes a good header over here in the states.

That exhaust is still just 2 mufflers, 1 to each tip. They are small mufflers though so it's probably loud. Those bends going into the mufflers are awfully sharp. I don't like overly sharp corners when it comes to airflow.

Not sure I like the look of that exhaust. I think I'll go with my plan, Racing Beat all the way.

Did you see their strut tower bar? Would those two extra longitudanal braces give any extra benefit over regular braces?

I noticed the ECU also. We need a translator for that site.

I'll see if I can find time to look at the site later. Been real busy, but it probably says the same basic thing that everyone else does... rev limiter cut, speed limiter cut, AFR tune and timing tune. The base mod is just limiter cutters. Some do a three step with limiter cuts and AFR as the middle tune...

My concern is with the sharp bends in the pipes before the muffler. They look very sharp in the picture but I'd really need to see a different view to tell for sure.

The strut tower brace looks nice but thinking in mathematical terms, triangulation should be stronger and less prone to flex than the rectangular shape the brace makes. The braces go straight back as opposed to diagonally. I'm not sure how much that matters where they are attached but it is still something to think about. Maybe it ins't important right there. I don't know.

really though, whats the difference between a sharp bend in the piping leading to a straight thru exhaust or a straight pipe that leads into a chambered exhaust that splits the exhaust and redirects it?

Depending on the muffler design, maybe nothing. Most of the RX-8 exhaust systems are fairly straight through. It is possible though to have a chambered muffler not be a restriction. It all depends on the design. A sharp bend before a straight through muffler seems kind of counterproductive to me.
