Nitrous and Electric Supercharger
Hey i was wondering what if you ran nitrous and put an E-Ram electric supercharger on an 8 and just used a CZ to tune it ? i think the E-ram works a little. it produces 1000CFM's. that is still extra air, how do you think the 8 would react to that power-wise, CZ tuning the 8 to spray nitrous with an E-Ram supercharger.

Yeah i've heard of the thomas knight supercharger, that is cool but you need too many batteries to run it. whatever just curious if the e-ram was anything special. and Xyntax you can go **** yourself. any way has anyone heard of this product that QTP performance sells? it seems like it would definetely work on the 8 pretty effectively if you tuned it.

E-Ram might give a max flow of 1000 CFM, but under no pressure at all. It's just a fan, not a compressor. It is useless at supplying flow at a pressure above barometric.
Thomas Knight Superchargers are the real thing. But it needs a proper, dedicated, electrical installation.

The E-Ram might be able to help some, instead of your engine pulling so many negative inches of mercury( a measure of vacuum) it might, maybe, not sure, get you to 0 PSI or a better vacuum reading.
I saw a video of one of these, it had so much air flow that it lifted the blower up into the air vertically when let go. I was actually impressed. My concern would be the drainage on the electrical system and if the alternator could charge fast enough to handle the load.

They Also tested the leaf blower against the E-Ram to see which one can blow up a trash bag. the E-Ram blew it up in seconds, and the Leaf blower didnt even blow it up.
Heres some video clips of it: http://www.electricsupercharger.com/demovideos.shtml
