New Agency Power Radiator Hoses...

Just got them yesterday. Blue to match the hoses on my Greddy kit (but it is dark blue, the ones on the Greddy are light blue). They will be going in next week with my pWR Radiator.

Yeah, I got it from Vivid. Seem pretty sturdy. Hopefully they hold up well. Want to increase cooling/reliability for my car now that i am boosted.

How much did you get it for? Did you consider this one in the process?

Yeah, I was actually interested in those too, but the place I was looking at them at (Hop Up Racing) were backordered for quite a while on them, so I just went with the Agency Power units. From the thread they put in it seemed like a quality product, and they are. Blitz makes very good products as well. Great electronics. Just didn't want to wait 3 months.

Oh ok. So, would these hoses ensure better cooling efficiency then? I have been looking at increasing cooling efficiency for this engine. It just sets up better preparation for whatever mod I might do in the future.

yeah i was just about to say, blitz also makes radiator hoses for the rx8.

xyntax, these would be a good idea if you're giong to get an aftermarket radiator, such as the JDM Mazdaspeed offering, RE-Amemiya, pWR, Spearco, or whatever to maximize efficiency.

Agency power makes good products, they have some excellent front swaybar endlinks for the rx8 as well

The hoses do not really increase efficiency in cooling in any significant manner..but they are definitely more durable.

I will post some pictures.

I don't think they do much for efficiency, but I was reading an article in RX Tuner on RX7's and the cooling system, and they said one of the biggest problems of the cooling in those cars was the heat was so great that they broke down the hoses in short order. Don't want that to happen to me.
