Holy crap, seriously?!?! Haha, that's freaking EPIC. I was supposed to go to Heritage and then we moved, and the house happened to be within walking distance from William Blount so I went there. Played football too. I was proud to be a Gov. XD

Renesis Nemesis!
I think that is why there is such a thing as a disclaimer..
I am long past warranty anyway and I prefer it that way but I would guess that they would rather spend a million dollars on lawyers than give out freebies to the masses.
The disclaimer might read something like this:
Sorry suckers, we didn't engineer this vehicle the way you wanted us to on purpose. Our goal was tease you enough for you to realize its potential and then F*** YOURSELF out of everything you were promised when you made your purchase by making improvements to our design that will make your vehicle perform better, last longer, operate more efficiently or even have a more unique appearance, therefore any aftermarket modifications will void your warranty.
However it is more likely that the disclaimer would read something like this..
We warrant this product only if all work and service is performed by a qualified service technician and all parts are either approved OEM parts or meet OEM specifications. Proper documentation of said work must be provided on demand.
Just my humble opinion and I am sure that Mazda has on occasion provided some goodwill service work for some of the fine folk on this site.
