Finally the package arrived and my summer project!

Yes. It was hard to being patient for waiting the package!

It's finally here.

1. RP supercat - This one is very light and good looking. Well made.

2. RB Cat-back Exhaust - It is heavy than I expected. Other than that, it looks $#@$ing good!

I can't wait to install. Probably I will do it tomorrow.

I will make some videos when I have some extra time.

Feels like Chistmas! :D

Just installed everything.

BTW, do my exhaust tips set too high? I'm worried about heating from tips.

Any ideas?

Mine are at 3/4" just about the width of my index finger, and I have not heat issues.

I'm just back from a 10mile drive after resetting the ECU.

It sounds just great. In the cabin, it sounds similar to Greddy. (hmm?)

I just pushed it up to 90mph at freeway ramp (up to redline at 3rd). All I can say is WOW. Power delivery at 6k-9k was awesome.

RPM seemed to rev up faster. It has only 30miles so far and I will watch for any CELs and sound change.

The sound mellows out a bit with age. I have 5K on my setup, and I think it sounds better than new. Also, any fumes you may smell will dissipate with time. Wait till you hookup with a REVi intake. You'll grin all over again.

I'm not sure about the clearance on mine, since I don't have the stock rear on. From the picture they look ok. Not like there is a lot of room for it to go anyway.

as long as you don't get a rear urethane bumper you shouldn't have to worry about a heat issue. Looks great!

How much was that Supercat and where did you get it?

I bought the rp supercat and gasket kit from RX7.com and paid about $450 shipped to CA.

I always wanted to buy REVi intake. Since I'm out of wallet now, maybe next few months later.

Next project - CZ unit and REVi intake w/ duct?
