Exclamation Borla and RP supercat

Anyone have any installation/performance issues with this type of setup?? Thinking of adding the RP supercat to my car...anything I should be aware of other than backfires/flames :D Thankx

'Zoomer.....

Canzoomer has a lot of experience with different cats, and he is in Edmonchuk too!

He did some experimenting with Random Tech cats, and blew some up, so he knows what works and what doesn't. His site sells cat & no-cat midpipes.....

S :D

It might be loud, that is all. The Borla by itself is louder than my RB catback. Not sure about backfires and flames though.

Probably get a new gasket for the front connection, the old one is smashed up pretty good.
There's no hanger and others have complained of it rattling against the frame rails, but I haven't put one on and do not notice any rattling.
Make sure to zip tie the O2 cable out of the way, it has more slack with the new position on the supercat.

No performance issues.

The sound is perfect for my taste, little deeper sound but not too loud. Video clip here.

Just make sure you let your car cool off for like an hour prior to install that crap gets hot. Also my supercat rattles a little bit(not very annoying) only on the freeway after i drive it sort of hard. It usually only rattles on the bumpy roads. Not enough rattling to not get it.

you have a vid of that?

I have the sp2 and it could stand to be louder. I havent' yet seen a video of the sp2 with either a cat or a catless midpipe.
