Anyone installed the REVi and NOT gotten better mileage?

I keep reading that the REVi improves mileage as well as performance. But I am wondering if this is the norm or are only a few seeing this.

Also, are you using the ram air and what did this do to the mileage?

Obviously I am looking to justify a purchase but 1 mpg will save me almost $20 per month at todays prices.

Definitely get the REVi. It will pay for itself eventually and then start adding up savings.

I don't have numbers yet (didn't have the REVi and cold air duct long enough) but so far it definitely seems that I'll get better mileage than earlier (if I can believe my fuel gauge).

I don't feel any difference. I used to have the replacement green filter element alone and I don't see any difference between that and revi + duct. I just have it since I may have a chance in saving gas. FYI I shift between 3-4k rpms and I've done the 20 brake pedal reset along with odemeter hold down reset. Just relying on the fact that I may have extra hp that RB claims to justify my money spent. I don't even notice any noise difference, but I do have the borla exhaust so that may be why.

You won't notice any noise difference from 3-4K. Even with the RB exhaust I can hear the difference with the REVi in the upper revs.

When I went from the stock airbox to the REVi, I noticed immediately on starting the car that it ran smoother; idle was very smooth. Engine response was better when accelerating. Noise level was no different than stock when just driving around town. I could hear it when I opened up the throttle to get on the freeway; made more of a roaring noise under the hood. My mileage stayed about the same which means it improved since I was enjoying the performance and sound so much I could not keep my foot out of it. I still like it and it's been over a month since I installed the intake.

I just installed the RB Cold Air Intake a few days ago and I'm watching mileage now. Will let you know what I get. As far as performance, the CAI makes the car a bit quieter; although with full throttle runs it still sounds great, just slightly less of a roar. I can't say it makes any difference in performance; I can't feel any difference other than I noticed when reaching rpm's above 6k it seems to pull more consistently all the way to redline.

I like the idea of having a complete system that includes air duct, intake and exhaust; I have all 3 from RB. The car performs better and sounds better with them installed. Feels and sounds more like a sports car. Speaking for myself I feel it was worth the investment.

With REVi and Airduct, I've gotten a gallon distance more than before.
It may not be much of savings for $2.90 per each tank, but hey, who knows how much the gas price would go up.

Before my REVi and ram air I would get about 230 - 240 miles per tank with 50% city 50% highway. My last tank I got 282.4 miles that is a HUGE increase. I feel it idles a little better and it is quite a bit louder than stock when you open it up. I did reset the ECU just before I installed it all. I am on to my second tank and we shall see if it stays up there in the MPG.

So far I highly recommend it.

I have the REVi and do get better gas mileage with it. normal drive to work, very short distance, car never really gets warm mileage before 15 to 16 now 17 - 18 mpg. Have recorded highest highway mpg with the REVi on of 24mpg - previous high was 22.

This is by no means a controlled experiment but a trend I would attribute to the REVi. I have also gotten my worst MPG with it on my car of 8 mpg but that was at VIR...
