UPDATE: NOTHING LEFT

I have a 2004 all stock. I am converting the car to electric so anything engine/fuel/exhaust related is up for grabs. I am keeping the transmission.
The engine has low compression and drove rough but did idle before I started stripping it. The motor is still bolted in but I am looking for a engine hoist to borrow to pull it out.
I also have an extra set of top end bolt ons (intake/coils/etc.) from the previous owner. I am in the Duluth/Norcross area and if you are willing to come to me I am not opposed to giving stuff away. If you have a hoist and pull the motor yourself Ill make you a really good deal. If I have to ship it its going to cost.

Let me know if there is anything specific you want. Ill take pics of parts if necessary.

The car has 132000 miles, its at least the second motor. Previous owner bought it with a dead motor 1-2 years ago, got a motor off craigslist and swapped it. Turns out the CL motor had low compression, so he sold it to me.

PM your phone number and Ill text you to arrange a time.

First off, cool project you have going here. But second off, could you elaborate what you mean by this? Do you have an aftermarket intake and coil system? If so I would pay to have you ship them to me. PM me the details.

Will you start a work in progress thread for the electric conversion? I'm curious, had some thoughts in that direction.

Fortunate for me, but unfortunately for the car, I adopted a kid. Project is not on the back burner yet, but is not top priority.
I have made some progress and will create a thread soon.
