Don't wanna sale it but its just too small for my growing family. The WTT thats with my ad is gonna be something small. I would take $10K and a cheap four-wheeler, motorcycle, dirt bike, jet ski, or something like that. Hell I would take a nice zero turn riding lawn mower or pressure washer and $10,000. Let me know what trades you can do and we can probably work something out. Need mostly cash due to the fact that its not paid off yet.
