Best guess on delivery is starting in June for the first pre-order session, which I believe ended on the 13th.
As for the test drive that will be up to your dealer. For most if you pre-order the car is yours to test drive. If you didn't you had better plan on going all the way through the buying process to get behind the wheel. I was told by my dealer that when the cars come in a tech. will drive it to verify its working properly next a salesman will get it filled up. Then its parked until I arrive for my test drive. I know several people intested in the 350z and the most any of them has done is sat behind the wheel on the lot. I would not expect much less from Mazda.
