I've just returned to school so unfortunately I have to let her go to help pay for it. This car has been a joy to own and very fun to drive. It turns heads whenever it is driven. It would be great for a member here to pick it up! I am not interested in parting out or trades.

The Good:

2nd Place - Rx8 Class - 2010 Midwest Mazdafest

Transmission Rebuilt by Banzai Racing in April 2010.

Alpine Type-R 6.5" Speakers Front Doors
Alpine Type-R 6"x9" Speakers Rear Deck
Metra RX8 Dash Kit
Kenwood DNX 8120 DVD/NAV Head Unit w/ 2GB SD Card for maps
AVelectronic Module for Video on Stock Nav Screen
Led Interior Lights
Led Puddle Lights
Yellow Fog Lights
Clear Corners
All Weather Floor Mats
Diehard Platinum P1 Battery
Switchblade Key

The Bad:
There are a few scratches on the center console along with one on the screen of the stereo.
Small dent on hood from a cardboard box that fell.

*Note that the stock nav system is included but has been bypassed by the AVelectronic kit to display the video output from the Kenwood DNX 8120. The DNX 8120 allows for a different output so you can still have GPS on the stock nav screen (or whatever source you want) and a different source on the stereo screen. The Garmin maps on the DNX8120 are the newest available at this time.

Lowered the price to $15000 and adjusted the mileage as the car just ticked over 63000.

You'd be better off parting out your mods.

I have very few of the original parts left (sold or trashed) so the car has to be sold as is with the mods.

Im pretty sure the reason he said youd be better off parting with mods is because no one is going to take the mods into account for the sale price. 15k for a 04 is way to high. I just picked up a 07 for 12k. Perhaps try parting with the mods for original parts and some cash?

Yeah, unfortuantely I have to agree with the poster(s) above me.

This is a GORGEOUS car. That said, the problem you're going to have selling it is that most of the young guys that want to buy a car like this *must* get it financed and loan value for a private sale on that make/model/miles is only about $10.5k, maybe $11k on the best day. Which, basically means, your target market can't get financing to buy it.

I understand parting it out at this point is not an option, but be prepared to sit on this for a long, long time till you come across the buyer that:

a) wants a car personalized exactly like this
b) can afford to buy it outright or nearly so.

Again, it's a gorgeous car. Good luck.

Thanks for looking out guys but I am prepared to wait to move this car. It is a beauty, drives great and turns heads everywhere it is driven. The amount and quality of work put into this car I feel justifies a higher price over a stock 8. Right now I am driving it about every other day or so just to keep the carbon from building up while she awaits her new owner.

Edit: Forgot to mention in the main post that the car has been dynamatted in the truck and doors to reduce road noise and rattles if you feel like kicking up the 10w7.

Why does the link you posted state your car has a Rotora BBK but yet here it says rotor pros rotors?

Sorry about that. I don't control what Banzai Racing puts on their website and actually never noticed that before.

Just to be clear this does NOT have a big brake kit, just rotorpros drilled and slotted rotors, hawk hps brake pads and the calipers have been painted red.

Thanks, and its still available. The box comes from 4080 Enclosures, top notch quality. Its just on one side in my car but the 10W7 is more than enough bump for me.
As far as the video I talked about earlier it still coming sometime but I moved recently so it may be a but longer.

My wife is starting ask questions about why we still have the car so it has been lowered to $13500. I don't think I would feel well for anything less.

Aw Dude I would have bought yours for 13,500. Just picked up my Rx-8 a month ago for that.

GLWS at this price it should go fairly quickly.
