All maintenance has been performed at the proper intervals. All oil changes have been with Royal Purple 5w-30. All gas fill-ups have included premix two-stroke synthetic oil at a low ratio of 1000:1 as a precautionary supplement to the factory oil metering pump system. It has a practically new set of Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 tires. Spark plugs, wires, and ignition system has just been replaced with BHR ignition coils. Everything else on the vehicle is still factory! It also comes with a factory spare tire, an option that most RX-8's did not come with from the factory.
The car has never been in an accident. The title is clean, but it is still under lien! This means that it can take up to 30 days after purchase to transfer the title.

Ive seen two others that are in nearly exact same condition, with 30-34k miles listed for 10k (at dealerships), so that's about what my offer would be after I saw a comp test
