I need to get rid of my RX8

I bought the car used last year (2012). When I bought it, I had to replace the engine right away.

Now, a year later, I'm 100% sure the engine has a bad coolant seal and needs to be replaced. Rumor has it that some of the reman'ed engines from Mazda had bad seals? I don't know, I just know I got crap luck

I have the paper work from where I paid to have the engine put in it, if that matters to anyone. Other than that... the car is in super shape.

I also upgraded the stereo, as you can see in the pics. The stereo has full iphone control support and bluetooth. Etc.
