I'm posting this for a friend who isn't very computer savvy but I have driven the car and worked on it so I should be able to answer any questions about it. It's a blast to drive and handles extremely well.
All options other than navigation: Black leather, heated seats, HID lights, DSC
Has 2009 RX8, 6spd transmission (trans installed new at 65K miles, a $3500.00 job)
Factory Mazdaspeed parts installed at 65K miles: ACT light weight flywheel, ACT clutch, Cat back exhaust, Ft & Rear brake pads, 20mm lowering springs, R3 Bilstein shocks, side skirts, 2009 RX8 high torque starter.
Coils, plugs, wires replaced at 90K with 2009 coils
Redline synthetic fluid in trans and diff
Compression tested at 97K (All over 9.0 with Mazda compression tester)
Fuel injection cleaner every other tank fill up.
Has factory spare tire and rim from 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 and never used factory flat tire kit.
Enkie RP-F1 18x9 Rims, newish Bridgestone RE040 tires (the set of stock rims in allmost perfect condition will be included)
Only issues with car: needs passenger side visor, it has a few nicks and dings in paint from normal use and the clear coat is coming off the factory rear spoiler.
