Engine Compression: No problems, good compression (Have Mazda Test results)
Transmission: Manual 6 Speed - Clutch, Flywheel, Throwout Bearing and Pilot bearing replaced with the past few months. Clutch grabs. Transmission running strong.
Miles: 100k~
Maintenance: Oil Changes done by Owner, anything major done by Mazda. Recent major work involves an engine decarb performed by Mazda. Owner has recently installed new spark plugs, cables, motor mounts and ignition coils. All have under 10k.
Wheels: 18" Stock Wheels with Dunlop Direzza's (245/40/18)
Brakes: Upgraded Drilled/Slotted Rotors and Hawk Brake Pads life 8/10
Suspension: Stock or option seen below.
Interior 8/10 has normal scuff wear but nothing extreme
Sound System: Bose Sound with stock Amplifier
Exterior 8/10 has normal wear from freeway debree on front bumper.

Diagnostics and Errors: No Errors, No Check Engine Lights, or misfires in chamber 1 or chamer 2. Engine health is good.
Owner Comments:
This car was owned by a mechanically inclined and devoted individual who never dropped the ball on the car or abused it to any extreme. See the pictures. They speak for itself. Well maintained by current owner. Garage Kept at Work and at Home. No Fading on paint or interior surfaces. Car was not driven by Grandma either so the engine internals are not worn down by Gunk or excessive carbon. Car was driven appropriately and never abused or isolated.
Extras and optional items:
Optional Suspension: Add $725 for Preadjusted already installed Stance Coilovers. Note that if you purchase this option i will also include the stock shock and springs.
Suspension: Will include rear strut tower bar
Optional Wheels: 18"x 9.5 Forgestars F14 on Kumhos (PM for Details on pricing etc.)
Stereo: Will supply Stock Stereo along with already installed Kenwood Stereo
Engine: Will supply Stock Air Intake Box along with already installed K&N Intake.
Exterior: I also have a Carbon Fiber Hood that was just recoated. Add $250 and its yours.
Exterior: Will supply custom bracket for the front license plate holder.
Car: Comes with two set of keys
Windows: Snap on Air Deflectors / Tint
Pros: See all the comments above.
Cons: The only thing this car is in dire need for is a recharge on the Air Conditioning system. I never use it. Never had a need to. Just roll down the windows and enjoy this sporty car.

As many of my fellow friends in 8 club and in the rotary scene know... this car was well maintained and cared for and has a long life ahead of itself if it continues to receive the right care and maintenance.Reason For Selling: Starting a new job soon that requires a fair amount of travel. Car now needs a new home and new owner to continue showing it some love and affection.
