oh my! the worst has happened!

Man, I can't believe it happpened. My mom packed me lunch, and it included some soup. Some of that soup leaked out of the container and out of lunchbag onto my passenger seat.

I already cleaned up what I could, but some of the liquid went between the leather stitching. I can't really smell, only the new car smell, doesn't even has 1000 miles on it yet. Although I'm very afraid it'll smell in a few days of standing in the hot sun. All I used was a wet towel.

I'm not sure how you can you get the liquid out of leather seats. Is there anything else I should do?

Oh, I was waiting for someone to say that...

I'm 25 and my mom still packs my lunch, well, after today, I told her not to pack anymore liquid stuff again.

I think it's an asian thing. My two asian co-workers pack soup everyday, go figure. At least they use air-tight re-sealable lids. That'll be on my X-Mas list this year!

Whatever, if my mom made me lunch every day I'd still take it. As long as she delivered it to where I live anyway -- living with parents = for the lose.

^ speak for yourself lol... anyways. gently steam clean them... or warm water and woolite (in a spray bottle... ~ 1 liter of water and 1oz of Woolite diluted). get a clean towel and saturate the area with the diluted woolite cleaner... and rub and clean... repeat for atleast 3 x. no need to rinse since ou diluted the Woolite. its as gentile as you can get to cleaning leather and interiors.

If you're old enough to tell her what to do, then pack your own damn lunch. ROFLMAO.

the canadian version of the soup is chicken and maple leafs. they try to keep the nation's flag intergrated into the soup. japan = sun's and chicken, turkey = cresent moon's and chicken, etc.
