Bubbling Clear Coat on Rear Wing

Hey guys,

I have the stock wing and the clear coat has started to bubble pretty badly. Its only within the last month or so since I have noticed this. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to clean it up? Particularly, any advice on keeping it from getting any worse?

I recently used some rubbing compound, polish, and wax on some scratches I had and it worked out well. Would a similar process help protect and mask my bubbling problem? All help is appreciated.

Added some pics, it seems that the actual paint is fine.. but the clear is starting to bubble and crack.. ideas besides having to re-clearcoat? Anything to slow the process? Prevent further damage?

Problem is getting worse with this weekends rain. Check out this new pic. Its starting to loook more like a protective coating than a clear coat. Its starting to just chip right off with no effort whatsoever. I would think a clear coat would have more sticking bite than this.

Any ideas?

Did you ever find a fix for this? Mine has started doing something similar but the bubbles are smaller.

I never found a cure to this problem, I will post the most recent pics I have of the wing tomorrow when I get a chance. I have since taken the wing off and I am plugging the trunk and de-badging it. Ill post pics of that in a month or two when its complete (Im doing it on my own)
