Ran with PCA out at Roebling Road in Savannah on Saturday. Had an absolute blast in my first time out in the Rx8. I was really surprised how well the car turned in and how different it was than my 911. With the 911, if I wanted more oversteer mid corner, I'd lift out of the throttle, where with the Rx8 I would plant the throttle to rotate it. It was a totally different concept for me. I carried more speed on the slower parts with the 8 and more speed on the straight with the Porsche (325hp). However, the lap times were only a half second apart 1:26.2 (911) to 1:26.8 (Rx8) on similar tires (Nitto NTO5 Vs Falken Rt615K)

what max rpms did you get to?i think i saw around 8100 on the screen there is that correct

8500-9000 in two spots where I was between 3-4. The car doesn't like 3-4 shift at high rpm~8500+. I heard the buzzer a few times a lap typically.
