yeah just like the Lemans series...no rotaries allowed...but this isnt true, cus speedsource was at the rolex 24 with a couple of rotaries out there...

This is kinda like when Audi got banned from racing. (1986?)
They said the AWD system gave them an unfair advantage.

Their response - "why penalize us, just let everyone else make their own AWD cars to keep up with us."
