Removing extra crap from the engine bay

I am pulling the engine out of my RX8 Race car this weekend for a rebuild after the performance started to drop off and it decided it didn’t want to idle while hot.

With the engine out what canI remove from the engine bay? Can any of the extra hosed for the AC/heater be removed?

There seems to be a lot of extra crap in there that I don’t think is needed? They air pump is long gone already
