RE intake better than K&N right ?

Well , I tried searching and iono , some people say yes some say no .... anyways , some say intakes suck , some say theres a gain , I see a gain in the dyno on RE's website and K&N said theres a gain. But RE's website says theres only some gain on some rx-8's because of the different flashes, lets clear this up once and for all ,

Which flash is best for the intakes ?

Which intake is better ?

And I heard about K&N and canzoomer being no good , what about canzoomer and RE intake ? Is it good ?
