{WTB} Wire harness, P Headlight, cover under fender

Wire harness, P Headlight, cover under fender

My car had a small fire coming from the wire harness connected to the passenger headlight and completely blacked out my headlight, and burned that plastic under the fender. I dont know what that cover i called
2004 rx8. Please help
