I have a passenger side tail light that is brand new and fits 2004 - 2008 models. The tail light does have a small chip taken out of the plastic on the corner ( pictures attached ). It was shipped to me this way by the dealer and they have since sent me a replacement.

I test fit the light on the car and you probably wouldn't notice the corner if you didn't know it was there. I, however, know it is there, and I am just very **** about those things.
