Seems like you guys never explore or import JDM parts before.... I always import FD3S parts from Japan, and as you know, alot of the FD3S parts are discontinued, or not available in North America, so buying in the JDM market is my only source...

Alot of sites can translate them, but you can't buy directly, since you don't have Yahoo Japan e-mail, and you need Japan Bank Account to do so. These Yahoo Japan Auction only ship within Japan, they seldom ship internationally, so the only way is to buy these auction via a middle company, such as:

http://www.nengun.com/

Register in these site, search for the item you want, bid there, then these middle company will bid for you, ship the item to their Japan warehouse, then after they collect the part, they will ship it to your door. It can be hassle or a long time to wait, but I guess this is the only way to get what you want....

I got mine 2 months ago from mazda japan for about 150 bux shipped.

You can bid on yahoo auction, most japanese sellers will try their best to communicate with u in english, after that u just paypal them with cash as most of them already have paypal
