I am currently selling a brand new Injen Cold Air Intake (SP6080P - wrinkle black) for model years 04-09 RX8's. When I bought the intake I was under the assumption from the company selling the intake that it would fit my 2010 RX8. I did get the intake installed but it was throwing a check engine light in my car. I contacted Injen and they stated that it was not tested for the 2010 models and that it would only work for the models that were listed, 04-09. My loss is your gain here folks, just want to get back the money I had spent on it and purchase another that will work with my model year vehicle. The intake only has 8 miles on it before I removed it and packed it back up in the box it came in. There is absolutely no scratches, marks, dirt on the filter and it still has the plastic on the Injen symbol on the intake tube.
