Exhaust surounds (passenger was once knocked off the car, the mounting is damage but it still fits securely) $55 ShippedSOLD

The fog lights are in perfect working condition other then a bit of dust and one rusty screw on the back of each fog light you can see on the left light in the bottom image. You will not see it when it is installed. I will also include the 6 screws that mount them to your bumper.

Do you mean for a Tow bar to pull a trailer it so I do not have one?

There are a few grounding scratches but if you are getting it painted they will disappear, check out this album there are 7 detailed pictures of every part of the spoiler lip.

I can check the shipping cost, did you see the photo's? it is quite badly damaged (Dent on the left and slightly buckled, it does close without an air gap).
I guess around $60 depending on shipping

i just needed something for my autobody class to try repair as a project, any way you could do around $50?
