$15...... I dunno how you sell it for that price because that thing is like in the $40- $60 range anywhere i've looked and i've done some hunting. I'm sure a lot of people in this forum would love that price if the **** is oem, I'll be sure to send em towards you. I've went on your website and you don't advertise that kind of stuff. Do you deal parts on the side? and I was wondering if you also had the top clip part for the door of the armrest compartment seen in the picture below.

$60 is nuts for a **** but I believe it for Mazda oem parts. Some stuff is reasonable, other stuff they think is made of gold or something. I have the clip but I am only selling the entire arm rest together. $50 for that. I have a few parts cars around the shop. I buy them from time to time. If they are not worth fixing, too banged up or crashed, I part them.

If the reason you're looking for one is that the 'stem' is cracked, you can fix it with a fuel injector O-ring from a Toyota 5EFE engine (Tercel/Paseo). Maybe others, I haven't tried.
The first O-ring in this picture
Installed..
Just slip it on. It's a tight fit, but it has held for 5 years for me. I forgot I had repaired it in fact.

Bump! After two failed attempts at receiving an oem fan **** from two separate members, I am still on the hunt for one I'm asking everyone doing a part out and nothing so far. So if anyone has a extra 04 hvac fan **** laying around let me know. Mine is so destroyed I can't even use any form of substitution or anything of that sort to make it work. I have attached a pic below
