Anyone have a shutter valve?
I need a shutter valve. Someone was nice enough to tell me to post that here to see if I could get one for less then the price I know of. Please let me know if someone reading this has one. Thank You!

I got the p2070 code
I got the code at the mazda dealership, they said it was a shutter valve stuck open. Going to another place- it is the lower valve thing. Thank you everyone for your input, it helps alot! With everything I have done with this car, I do think I need a new one, and someone will put it in for me so the right amount of (I think) air and gas goes through the engine or something. So how do I get the Secondary shutter valve in the lower intake manifold?

Yup...the SSV is in the lower intake manifold. There is a DIY that one of the locals put together on how to diagnose problems with the SSV and how to correct them. If you don't have someone around you that you trust to work on your car you might want to post in your local thread. Hopefully you are close enough to one of the evolve guys that they can help you out.

And if you can you really should try and do the DIY before you order a lower intake manifold from somebody. You have to take it out anyway you might as well try and clean it on your own first.
