well yes i guess, when I received it new in box came with only the midpipe (no gaskets)

I just reused the OE gaskets for the stock on the mid pipe NO LEAKS!!!

yes i still have the original box, and yes it will be safely packaged shipped via UPS/FedEx with tracking.

will ship upon receiving the money in my paypal, mind you its the weekend and I wont be able to ship until Monday at the earliest.
