The pipe has a semi-broken hanger as seen in the photos - it can definitely be welded back to it's original condition. It fell over and the hanger landed on the concrete garage floor causing the damage seen. The hanger is NOT completely broken off from the pipe, however it will definitely need to be fixed before installing. It can possibly be fixed with JB Weld.
Sounded great with my Borla cat-back.
