Please tell me what products you use to get that awesome mirror finish?
I gave Viv a good wash/wax over the weekend, and she sure is shiny -- but nothing compared to the mirror finish I'm seeing in this forum!

My favorite products to use:

Klasse AIO as a base
thin layer Collinite 845
thin layer of wolfgang polymer sealant

Water beads and protects for about 6 months up in new england

Shiny... What wax or sealant did you use? And how you applied it?

Oops, I didn't see any replies to this thread

1) I start off spraying the car down really well with a hose to get as much crap off as possible
2) I wash with Meguiars Deep Crystal Car Wash (Use two buckets: one for soap, and one for rinsing)
3) I use the Meguiars Smooth Surface Clay Kit
4) I hand-wax with Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba Plus Premium Liquid Wax
5) I wipe the whole car down with a clean microfiber cloth

Drive it!

6) After a day or so, I wipe the car down with a microfiber cloth and apply Meguiars Ultimate Quick Detailer

Nothing fancy or special-ordered. You can buy all of this stuff at any auto parts store. The Gold Class gives it a really deep lush look without the "wet" look. Putting the quick-detailer on top of that gives it a really nice shine with lots of "depth".

Edit: The shot in my signature is after a fresh wax with Gold Class. You can see the difference in the shine.

Adam's has held up great on my car. My in between quick waxes are done with Turtle Wax Ice.
