Update: 3/17/14

wtf is this ****? Looks like I ran over a bolt and it pierced my 40th anny wheel. I used it as an excuse to buy the deception, going to fill out the rest of the set when I figure out what size I want, now that I have it, 18x9+35 looks a little weak.

I wish you weren't so far. I would love to pick up one of your anny wheels.

I was wondering if you could post up more information about how you made your front license plate holder? Also any more updates on the car?

Last logged in 7-11-14...... lol. Really got sick of the repetitive threads.

Im alive, car is well at 89k miles. No changes other than more and more autox seat time.

Been saving money for a Bride Vios bucket seat. Probably heading to ravspec soon to see if I even fit in one. If anyone has a line on a autopower roll bar (preferably the race variant with the diagonal brace, shoot me a PM or leave a reply here!)

I wound up picking up a gently used Bride Zeta 3 XL from a local Mx5 owner.

The Porsche race shop i brought the seat to get mounted wound up ordering a adapter plate instead of fabricating something custom. I think the adapter plate is by the company "Planted" Using MOMO Corse side stays. This setup is side mounted and has height and rake adjustment but no front and rear. Lighter than using slider rails.

The seat feels great and is perfect for daily driving but i wish it was just a tad tighter. It doesnt really bother me but long term i could try to squeeze into the Bride Zeta L and move the XL to the passenger seat...

Autopower race bar coming next, and a legit 6pt takata harness after that.

thinking about aero after that. Vertex > Shine(FEED) > Rmagic > Mazdaspeed

Car is at 91k miles so expecting a rebuild soon, clutch pedal bracket broke the other week but was an easy fix.. 3 bolts and 2 sensors.
