Pics of the real RX-8 at the LA Auto Show!

Now since the official unveiling, there is a real production model at the LA show along with the XMen 2 car.
From what I see from the pics everyone can jump in and try the car - it seems to be on the floor along with the other Mazda vehicles.

So whoever wants to touch the car, try the seats, shift some gears, and press each **** - head to the LA Auto Show :D

Check out the bottom left picture (that shows the console)... did someone swipe the shifter ****?!

I know that at the Philly car show they remove the shifter ***** in all the cars open for the public to sit in...they also remove the batteries so no accessories work.

I know lighting can wreak havok for most digital cameras, but the red in those shots looks fairly light. Almost a tomato color in those shots - I was hoping for a deeper and slightly darker red.

I'll just have to see it in person. I also want to see the blue up close and personal
