haha.. Apparently it's a plactic casing with some kind of plastic film inside it.. Kinda similar to these things people use put into their stereos.. But those had two rollers instead of one.

until now i thought i was the only one who thought some of thsoe rice rockets were a joke. Thank you for instiling a sense of hope into this young and impressionable mind. Other wise i might have spiraled into a world of cheap stickers and tacky exhaut tips:D
