So ive had my 8 about 2 years now money is super tight being a house owner now while maintaining travel & photography etc so trying to just do what i can on a budget.
Hopefully one day soon i will be able to afford some nicer Japanese wheels, they are quite expensive here in NZ (~3k for some RPF1)
Imanaged to import these MSR wheels from the US for a third of the price & as an alternative to all the chinese wheels flooding our market, probably not too different but "made in USA" gives me some hope of social approval lol..while also being able to switch over my RE040 stock tires which are still in roadworthy condition.
I do love the stock look but its nice to chance up from all the other stock looking rx8s around my town. Sitting on mazdaspeed suspension and finding them perfect height & stiffness for our roads here. MSR045 18x8.5 +35 stock tires.

Nice FD. I was Navy, my father is retired Marine Corps. I would be retiring next year if I stayed in but I didn't want to stay in. My son is a Corpsman, he did his Marine Force Fleet training (I think that is what it is called) at Camp Lejuene.

ok, that's nice, thanks for the FD comment, the FD was a different beast, very fast specially with the twin turbo, however would not change the 8, the 8 its more comftable inside and more spacious. I had the opportunity of drifting the RX7 FD numerous times, and hang with friends with Skylines R32, 33 and 34's and Supras. Japan was a different beast. but with all that said, glad I'm in the states and have my baby back. just trying to shop for the MS body kit, nobody have it in stock, not the real one at least. when I left was still on production, and now its not in production anymore, kind of sucks. yours looks very nice, seen it on the forums a few times, looks very good.
